I am not applying, but is anyone here?

we looked at Millbrook for our D and will not be applying. M&D liked it more than D did. Beautiful campus in a valley not near anything. New athletics center and arts facility -- ground broken for new science building.
We met the head and his wife and several other faculty and were very impressed by their committment and vision.

D thought it was a little too small and homogeneous, and they made it clear that there wasn't a lot of outside support. Also didn't offer her sport.

Overall, a very impressive small school.

I know it's the only school that has a zoo on the campus.

Yeah, having a zoo on campus would be awesome.

Jonathan, that would be a good school for you!

Why?

Or do you mean just because it has a zoo? lol.

It seems like a great school, but it's a little too small for me.

millbrook is just there for secrecation near by becuase i live 15 minutes away and they do it because of public schools student body

You mean segregation? And what do you mean by that?

Nominated for dumbest post of the year -- it's early but l LIKE YOUR CHANCES.

why do you have to say something offensive in every thread you post in?
if you dont like it, then dont contribute and bump it up.

i nearby town were i live in poughkeepsie has only like 48 percent graduation rate and high crime.I foyu make it through it is a great district .and part of the city is racist so millbrook has high day student ratio.Another example would be oakwood friends school.

Millbrook is 80% boarding. Oakwood Friends has a low boarding population.

boarding is like when you live like 30 minutes away ,commutable
