I'm not sure on what I should I minor in, biological science or neuroscience? Which one holds more significance to potential employers or can help out career wise? Does bio sci have more impact than neuroscience? is the outlook for one better than the other? Does one help more in getting into graduate school?

Minor in what most interests you. If you don’t consider either one all that interesting, don’t minor at all. The added benefit by having a minor for graduate admissions, if existent, is negligible. This applies to deciding whether to double major as well.
