<p>I am studying Environmental Engineering at Michigan Technological University. With the aid of AP credit, I'm looking at some minor options. I have decided that a minor in policy and politics will be a good fit with my major, better than a minor in geological engineering or bioprocess engineering (two minors I have deeply considered) but correct me if I'm wrong. </p>
<p>Assuming I DO have the right idea in pursuing law, which minor would be more appropriate? I think Law & Society looks better on paper because it shows that I obviously hold a minor in such a subject. I just feel like "environmental studies" does not have that same accompaniment. HOWEVER, when I look at the classes required for them, I find that Environmental Studies has a more specific curriculum for what I am looking for due to the fact it does not include general pre-law courses - it gets right to it - while sharing many of the same classes and also including many new and environmental relevant courses compared to Law & Society.</p>
<p>Which do you think will be more valuable to my major and my potential to gain a career?</p>
