Well, I had a bad experience with mint chocolate once while I was in the 2nd grade and I got sick after this one girl gave me a piece...it just made me feel extremely nauseous..and i was throwing up..and i really didnt like the taste of it. Since then I've NEVER had mint chocolate.

I also don't like dark chocolate (since it's soo bitter) but it doesn't make me feel sick.

Does anybody feel the same? Or have similar experiences?

I love mint and dark chocolate. Especially mint dark chocolate. White chocolate is also good. Hell, any chocolate is good. Except bad chocolate.

I, uh, hope that helps. :P

Any particular reason it makes you feel nauseous?

^ LMAOO if i ever tried dark mint chocolate i would spit it out. Dark chocolate could be tolerated if i just sucked on it…instead of chewing on it.

I guess my taste buds don’t have that acquired taste for that kind of stuff. Just kind of like how some people don’t like coffee. (but i like coffee).

White chocolate isn’t even chocolate. I don’t like Hershey’s Chocolate at all unless it has some other flavor filler like peanut butter or nougat or something.

I love mint. I’ll eat anything mint-flavored. A lot of people tell me they hate it and it tastes like toothpaste to them, which makes me sad.
Dark Chocolate is alright, but milk and white chocolate are my favorites.

LOL hershey’s aren’t even that good. It kinda tastes like wax…

The only kinds of white chocolate i really eat are: Toblerone (it has a hint of honey and nougat)(which is THE best IMO) and organic green & black’s white chocolate (which has a hint of madagascaran vanilla). :)

Mint is ok in small bits. I laugh when restaurants give Mint Julep with Duck or some other meat, it’s just odd to me. I hate STRONG mint and yeah those chalky mints are gross…

Hate mint chocolate, dark chocolate is ok in small quantities or larger quantities if it’s orange flavoured. I like milk chocolate and love white chocolate.
