Misplaced Exam? Score of 1

Hi everyone.

This year, I took the AP World History exam in another district (in New York if that helps at all) since I'm pretty good in history.

I had done a decent amount of practice and was scoring around 70% on the MC and decent FRQ's. I was expecting at least a 3 being that I got a 5 on the Euro History I took at my school. (Taken this year also)

I got my scores back and my World History came in a separate envelope and it came out as a 1! That was really unexpected.

So basically I'm asking if it's possible that the collegeboard never got the test since I was in the room when attendance was taken for the exam and registered as taking the exam? I also got a different AP number for the other district. I know I can do the re-score, but has anyone ever experienced this or know of any possible complications in my taking the exam in a separate district with a different AP number.

Thanks :)

I think it’s very reasonable to assume something fishy happened there Can you contact anyone (an AP Coordinator, perhaps) at the district where you took the WH exam and see if anything they know of happened?

@conspiracie (btw, your name is too perfect for this situation)

I’m not sure. The AP coordinator at that school, including mine, is likely not to be available since they’re dying for summer as much as us students.
