Missed unofficial transcript deadline by a lot

Hi CC forums, I’ve been going through a family crisis lately and haven’t really been staying up to date with my emails. I checked my inbox for the first time in almost a month today and found the following message…

Dear XXXX,

We have received your University of California Undergraduate Application for Admission and Scholarships. Thank you for your
interest in our campus.

We are in the process of reviewing your application. Before we can complete our review and reach an admission decision, we
need the following information from you:

Please attach an unofficial copy of your transcript from Glendale Community College.

We must receive this information by 3/2/17, or processing of your application may be delayed or canceled.

DO NOT reply to this email as it will not be delivered.

Sincerely,

University of California

Today is March 12 and decisions are coming out very soon. What exactly does this mean for me at this time? Did my applications get rejected? Does this request apply to all UCs? Is it possible for me to still turn in my transcripts or call to explain? I’m freaking out right now; any advice or answers would be greatly appreciated
