Missing Credentials

Did Chicago ever contact you regarding missing credentials? I applied to transfer RN and sent my essays via snail mail while applying online. A couple of weeks ago I noticed that they hadn't processed them and it appeared to be 'missing' on the website. I forgot all about it (work, exams, papers...the usual) and checked today only to see :

"Application Credentials" are no longer available for review. Please contact the College Admissions Office if you have questions regarding the status of your application.

Now of course I will contact them next week, but I was just wondering if Chicago contacts applicants if they have items missing. I don't want to get rejected because of a post office error.

Chicago will contact any applicant who has items missing. I was in same position as you (except freshman admission) in November. They notified me, so I sent it by e-mail since the post office lost my essay in the mail or something, and I got in EA.

I think it's more of an issue of a "if you don't put your name on the top in big bold letters, they won't care to search for your name" thing than a post office issue. I put my name in the footer, and I think they were too lazy to notice it.

Thank you for the information. I just hope there won't be any problems. Any one else have any input?

they never notified me. i had to call them to check.
