Ok, Student Center is showing that I'm missing the FAFSA (which it said was due July 15th). BUT, I'm Canadian and don't need to file the FAFSA, and as a result my financial aid is still pending. Is there anyone else with the same situation?

it says im missing a W2 for 2007 from me. i didn’t have a W2 in 2007… so i guess we should just call them. i tried on friday but the hold was too long. argh.

I’m not sure how this applies to students outside the US, but recently my student center claimed that I hadn’t filed the FAFSA even though I sent it in a looooong time ago and my FA package has already been determined. It turned out to be a SSN thing, and after scanning my SS card and e-mailing it to Cornell (you could also fax it), everything was cleared up.

Thanks for the info, but since I’m Canadian, I don’t have a SS card (social security?). I do have a SI card (social insurance), but I was also told not to provide that.

i’m pretty sure they just made a mistake and it shouldnt be there…

try giving them a call
