I just got a status e-mail from stanford, and they have everything except for my transcript and ssr. I don't understand how they didn't get it, because everything was sent in at the same time. Also, they got my fee waiver, which was in the same envelope as my ssr and transcript, so I don't understand how they don't have that as well.

What should i do, send that again?? Because they can still make a decision on me without my transcript, which would be an automatic deny...

ask your school to resend. they won't deny, they will consider your app incomplete without those 2 items. But get them in fast. Also, they don't want you to send it - they want it direct from the school. If it came from you, they may consider it unofficial.

im kinda in the same situation...my school sent the recs and transcript together but Stanford still says their missing my teacher rec #2. Do you think there's a chance that they still have to file that one, even though they should have recieved all 3 at the same time?

yea i know, my counselor gave me the sealed envelope to put in the mailbox, and it was addressed from my school so i don't see that being a problem...

I guess ill just wait a little and check again in a few days, if its still the same then, then ill tell em to send it again. You should probably do the same
ace009711. Unless there is something else i should do??

I had the same problem yesterday but now it says it's complete. They're probably just processing--keep checking and wait a few days before you start to worry.

They will notify you by e-mail, I think, if they are missing something, and give you a fax number, and your counselor will have to fax it (at least that's what they did in the past)

i just checked my stuff is all complete now. ae009711 man i bet they are just slow, wait till monday, check again, and if its still missing than i would say take care of it by sending it again.

ok, i will do that. On their website when it says "notification of missing materials" in mid-november, does that mean they will send me an email telling me to resend it if they really haven't recieved it? and if I resend it should I fax it or just send it through snail mail?
