Urgent Question from SCEA concerning Recs/SSRs

<p>Basically, both my teachers and my counselor sent in the necessary reports well before Nov 1st, and I know they did. They also sent every report in separately (that is, all the teachers sent it alone, not all as one).</p>

<p>By Nov 13, I checked on Stanford Axess and they told me I was missing both recs and the SSR (and consequently the transcript). So they told me to keep checking every day. So I do.</p>

<p>November 18th rolls around and everything is still missing. I call up the admissions office and they tell me to fax documents to them. On November 19 I tell my teachers and my counselor to fax the documents to them. They do. On November 21 my teachers and counselor confirm all the documents were faxed on Nov 20th.</p>

<p>On Nov 22 (Thanksgiving Day) I check Axess. Only Teacher Rec #2 arrived; SSR and Teacher Rec #1 are still missing.
What do I do? Should I re-fax on Nov 26 (when they get off Thanksgiving Vacation) or should I just wait? I'm so confused.</p>

<p>Give it a little bit of time
I know decisions come out Dec 15, but you have to believe that if one of the faxed letters came in, it's just taking them time to process. If they don't get anything on Nov 27, I would try faxing again.</p>

<p>Lutz, I would not wait but would sincerely advise you to keep
calling them. I would not have advised this for the other peer
institutions but I have come to believe there is something wrong with
Stanford UG processing this year.</p>

<p>yes, even my SAT results have not been received despite Stanford being listed in the history of sent scores. it was sent in october.</p>
