Hi,
I recently submitted my MIT application and found that I made a tiny grammar error in the optional cultural essay in the part I of the application. Will this affect my chances of getting in?
please reply as soon as possible. I am real nervous.
I doubt they’ll throw away your application for a grammar error. We’re all human.
No, that won’t make the difference. Relax.

If they tossed out every application that had a minor grammatical error (or two or three), there would be virtually no one left applying for MIT. Breathe…
Okay anyways I found that there was nothing wrong. Sorry to waste your time.
Don’t worry dude! I said I was part computer.
