<p>I’m sure you don’t know this, but I would be careful about joking about people jumping off buildings. That used to happen (not because of admissions). Someone actually jumped off the Green Building when I was there.</p>
<p>Sorry, don’t want to be a killjoy but had to say something. At the very least, for your own sake, don’t joke about this in front of admissions people.</p>

<p>Yes, it was a suicide. I’m not exactly sure why he jumped. I think I read that the guy had some chronic illness of some sort and that contributed to his unhappiness, but don’t quote me on that. It was a long time ago.</p>

<p>^ Yeah, most likely. Except it would say waitlisted, rather than deferred if you got waitlisted.</p>
<p>Anyone have any idea on how exactly they’re going to check decisions? I was thinking of covering up the computer screen with my hand and slowly, excruciatingly so, moving it across the screen. If I see the word “Congratulations” I think I might just faint. Otherwise, I’ll just be extremely depressed.</p>
