MIT Early Action Financial Aid International

Hello,
I’m an international student and I applied to MIT Early Action this year. I was wondering when should I send the CSS profile and other things for my financial aid application. I have found three different informations:

Here, it says that it doesn’t matter when I send it, as long as it’s before 15 February:
http://mitadmissions.org/blogs/entry/your_early_action_deadline_que

Here, it says(in microscopically small letters) that I should send it before the end of November:
https://sfs.mit.edu/student-type/all-other-undergraduates

And, here, it says I should’ve sent it 2 weeks before the EARLIEST priority filling date, which is on 11/30/2017, so that I should have sent it before 11/16/2017:

So when is the actual deadline? Am i late for it? And why does it have to be so confusing?

Thanks in advance

No, you’re not late. the third link is the deadline to submit CSS if you want to get an early read in case of an early acceptance. The second link is the deadline to get all FA forms in to get the early read. The Feb 15 is the true deadline, however make sure that you do the CSS thing at least 2 weeks prior because it takes time to process. The only difference between the Nov 30 deadline and Feb 15 deadline is just that you’ll get an earlier read if you submit by the first deadline, but you can still get a read if you submit later, even as an EA applicant.
