Hello there! I am from South Texas and have an interview scheduled with MIT. Just wondering what type of questions they ask and how I should prepare? Greatly appreciate all answers! I am very excited!
I had an interview a couple of days ago. It was a normal informal conversation with an ex-alum. Don’t worry about it, she didn’t ask any of the typicall interview questions, like “Why MIT”. I talked about my passions (sports and engineering) and she shared some experiences with me
My MIT interview (around a year ago) was with an ex-alum as well. We talked for around an hour about many things (my extracurricular, things I’m interested in). He would tell me occasionally about an experience he had at MIT and I’d try to base questions off that (for example, he mentioned his research project and I asked what other opportunities MIT gave for research). It wasn’t as stressful as I thought it would be.
