will anyone actually get accepted on april 15? or will only rejection letters be mailed out? because it seems like a lot of people have already been accepted

Just got waitlisted for session 2. Is that a good thing or do they just wait list everyone who didn’t get in for the heck of it?

Did only rejection emails release today and weren’t they supposed to be released tomorrow?
We were only going to receive rejection emails today. They had accepted at least 50 people in each session before this date so it was pretty clear that most, if not all, of the emails being sent today would be rejections.
I knew I was going to be rejected because I screwed up my interview (trust me, it was bad) & because I didn’t receive a decision from then a few days after my interview.
I was really looking forward to this program until I saw the session group chats. The people in the group were trying to rub their ‘achievements’ into other people’s faces. People were like I bought this BMW from my own money, I bought an apartment with my startup money, my startup earns $X per month bla bla. I am not sure if the Launch team delibritely accepted people like these; but what I am sure about is the fact is that I wouldn’t want to spend my summer with such pretentious people.

Where are the sessions group chats? I am sorry you didn’t get accepted. My son is definitely not like the kids you mentioned. He has a successful charity, 300 community service hours this year, very down to earth and a 3.5 gpa.
The group chats are there on facebook. I am not trying to generalise & say that Launch only accepted people like these rather, I am trying to say that a great share of the people accepted are pretentious.

He was wait listed, which honestly I consider an honor. How many kids do yu think applied??!!! What session are you in?
