<p>@Jamaican… do you have any tips for memorizing -ates, -ites, etc.
I struggle so much remembering things -_-</p>
<p>i love polyatomic ions!! lol well if you can just learn the -ates (flashcards? repetition? write them out a million times till you know them? whatever works for you) then -ites just will have one less oxygen than the -ates. two less than -ate and it’s hypo–ate. one more oxygen than -ate is per–ate.</p>

<p>We’ve studied Oedipus Rex in English class when we did psycho analytic criticism</p>
<p>Oedipus Rex? Hehehehe. I watched a stageplay of it last year and read Antigone last year. </p>
<p>You could probably write about what factors led to Oedipus Rex’s downfall as a tragic hero of the tragedy…</p>
