Mizzou about to beat Cornell...

...wanted to see an Ivy beat a legit team, oh well Penn will do it next year.

lol, keep dreaming.

Maybe. I do think Penn St. got robbed of an NCAA berth this year.

sigh...ivies....

//////

i agree with norcalguy

I'm still laughing over this. How many top recruits has Penn had quit the team because Glen Miller has been a disaster for the program?

Come back when Penn decides to suit up a varsity ice hockey team again. Then we can talk.

Ed DeChellis is the Penn State coach, not Glen Miller

At least Penn still has Paterno for football.

Right, but the OP was referring to the West Philly institution. Not the one in State College.

lol, this is what Penn people get all mad about, right?

penn state IS the one in west philly

That's right, funny how I always mess that up.

LOL, I know a few Penn students/grads, and in my experience they would probably blow a gasket reading this thread:

"Penn, NOT PENN STATE dammit! The Ivy League school, not the party school in the middle of nowhere. I hate this s***. Should've gone to Cornell."

LOL

Are West Philly & State College the only two campuses of the PA state system,or do they have other branches as well?

Don't forget the Erie campus! I think that was the one founded by Ben Franklin?

Wait...Cornell. You mean the ****ty school that is basically a public state funded NY-run university that is by consensus the lowest Ivy. You mean the only Ivy without a sub-20 percent admit rate and lacks diversity in that half of the student body is from NY? Yeah I've heard of them. Once.

Wow, look's like you were right blu_g8orade; gasket blown right off.

Obviously hit a nerve there; sore point evidently.

"by consensus the lowest ivy"? how can you say it's worse than penn state, when penn state's admit rate is far greater than 20%?

^be quiet and eat your cereal.

ouch that hurts
