Molecular Biology vs Ap Psych?? Help??

Hey guys im trying to decide my senior year schedule, and as of right now i have

Ap physics (double period)
Honors English
BC Calc
Ap Stat
Applied sciences
and for the last one im debating between ap psych and molecular biology, which is not an ap course.

I wonder which class would look better, and i have not decided if i want to major in business or engineering or meidicine.
Thanks!

Take the one that sounds the most interesting.
(Though it’s possible that taking molecular bio could lower your weighted GPA if it’s not a weighted class. Probably not by much, though.)

It really depends on what you think you can handle. I’m in molecular biology right now, and don’t find it too hard. It’s a class based mostly on studying one subject for weeks in extreme depth. For example, the other biology classes spend a week at most on photosynthesis and cellular respiration, but we studied it for 6 weeks, learning all the enzymes and processes involved in each cycle. If you get annoyed with little details and rote memorization of facts, or have a hard time putting little pieces of information together to form the big picture, it’s probably not the class for you. I haven’t taken pysch, so I can’t help you there, but if you’re interested in psychology and how the human brain works in general it’s probably the class for you. As for your majors, molecular biology would be helful if you chose medicine, and psychology would be better for business, since you can apply some of the concepts when dealing with clients. Hope this helps!
