Oddly I have never been sensitive to makeup. D usually is allergic a lot and had no trouble with it. Go figure.
I’m not good with “stuff” on my face or eyes. sulfites (a very common preservative),” gives me hives and worse.
I have and will wear makeup for being in wedding or i guess my kids’ celebrations. We always check it out ahead of time and use as little as possible. Have never tried false eyelashes and no interest. My sisters have been happy wearing them.
