MOR to COM building?

Hi, does anyone know how long it takes to walk from More building to Comm building?
I have classes at those locations during the summer and I didn't really calculate the distance into consideration when registering for class (stupid me).
I only have 10 mins between classes and I don't own a bike.
Do you think I can make it? I'm looking at the map but it doesn't really help me cuz I've never been out there (I usually have classes around Red Square or the Quad).
Thanks.

Google says it’s 8 to 9 minutes in perfect conditions :)

You should probably get a scooter or something, or start training to walk fast without getting tired.

I made it from Lowe to Denny (even a little bit further on that route) within 10 minutes easy for a quarter. Just get out of your first class asap and walk briskly, you’ll make it in plenty of time.

Also MOR to COM is slightly uphill, so walking quickly will probably do you more good than using a scooter.

I’ve gone MOR to GOW before in ~6 minutes a few quarters ago (a little closer, but same general area).

@seatac: I ride a scooter. There is NOWHERE to park it near Comm building, as I have a class there this term.

Aren’t they fairly small? Can’t you just take it with you to a classroom?

@seatac: that’s illegal bro!! Major ticket!! I mean you could, in theory, park between two cars anywhere, but that’s separate from the fact that there’s no place near Com to park.

Wait, are we talking about

this scooter: http://■■■■■■/YvmqJ

or this scooter: http://■■■■■■/Qv8ry

If the former, just fold it up and bring it to class. I see that commonly done.

Ahaha, yeah, I think we should clarify it. Of course I meant the one without a motor and that easily folds up. I wouldn’t even think about bringing the big one into a classroom :)
