I'm currently going to a business school but the thing is I don't know much about business to see if it's really suitable. I know that business majors seem suitable for a lot of people and it's quickly one of the best growing majors, but I'd like to know more so I can learn more about it like what do they do, where they work, etc. Moreover I want a wider description on the specialties in business (accounting, finance, etc.)

About me: I enjoy problem solving because it's clear and not ambiguous so I know what um trying to achieve. I also enjoy making/defending arguments; my high school teacher probably know me well because I'm never afraid to talk back to them (in a good way of course).

I initially thought about engineering at first but decided against it because the amount of problem solving and math/science skills needed seem beyond what I can handle. I was good at numbers and such but calculus always gets the best of me( this was why I looked at business at first.

In pretty interested in finance or accounting because from what I've heard, they involve a lot of problem solving but not as much as engineering and not much calculus; almost like mini engineering if you will. But I don't know much about why accounting or finance are needed and how they incorporate problem solving.

Help anyone?

I just want a somewhat detailed description, and not something so specific that the only way to know is to take a class. And sorry for the lengthy description.
