“Can you tell me a little about what goes on during the Penn Preview Days? I want to go but heading down to Penn is a bit of a hike and I spent about a week in the Philly area looking at Penn and hanging out in the city a few months ago visiting family. Are the preview days helpful? Do people make friends at them? What sort of activities or other things go on? Is it a family thing where you want your parents to be there to get acquainted with what’s going on, or is it something that I could go to with a friend and have fun at? I was thinking of maybe going down during spring fling and bringing a friend with me but if penn preview days are really structured and family oriented I’ll try getting my parents to come with me.”

I’m sure you can make friends at Penn Previews but I have to warn you that NSO will be like Penn previews with tours and info sessions all over again so you will be getting your fill of information regardless. Penn Previews are not really fun unless you know people, they’re just tours and panels (nothing special).
