ok, so
most of the colleges im applying require only one teacher evaluation.
(Babson, BU, Brandeis, U of Michigan-Ann Arbor and so on)
Will i hurt my chances if i only send in one letter??
i mean, im assuming that most of the applicants would submit at least 2 letters because ive never seen anyone around me who sent 1 recommendation letter to schools above.

More recommendations are only better if they say different things.

Agree with wjpstar. If the second recommendation letter only repeats what’s in the first, it doesn’t add anything to the application. One strong recommendation letter is much better than two weak, wish-wattery ones. That being said, I don’t think it hurts to have an extra recommendation letter even if it’s repetitive as long as it doesn’t exceed what’s asked for on the application – for example, some schools I applied to only required two application letters but allowed you to add a third if you wanted.

I would do at most 2. 3 is pushing it. Colleges don’t want to have to read an excess of letters that brag about you. They have MANY others to read about other students that are ‘special’
