Oh, that kinda sucks. lol. Yeah idk though, there are some stupid rules in IB. Like the restriction on HL classes is kind of dumb, but the reason I was given for it at my school is that they don’t want us to have so many HL classes that we’re overwhelmed by classes, or have to spend an extra huge chunk of our time on school. I think unlike AP, IB’s goal is to make us more well-rounded with classes and general knowledge, and part of that is encouraging out of school activities. So by restricting us in HL classes and having community service req’s and stuff for the diploma, they’re trying to prevent us from being total nerds whose lives are consumed by school.

One thing that I don’t understand though is the inability to take IB HL exams before senior year. What’s the point of that? -_-

Yeah it’s the dumbest rule ever. Apparently they don’t believe juniors are ready to take the exam.
Our Math HL 2 Teacher was my 9th grade geometry teacher and he was awesome. Best teacher I’ve ever had.

I wish I could diploma while taking 5 HLs. I know for a fact I need physics at some point in my life.

Bump for notice.

Physics 1 -> IB SL at my HS, or Take College Physics at my local CC?

I’m planning on just taking it at my school. I’m not sure if we have HL physics though, probably not. If we do that could cause some problems for me though in my schedule.

Yeah, I think I’ll drop bio and physics. take college physics at NOVA, then go from there.

Which leaves me an open spot.
I’m gonna go for AP USG at my school.
Then I have online APs. ■■■.

bump, any other recommendations?
