<p>Hi. I was at the admitted students open house yesterday but was on the other side of the campus when the departmental presentation for biology started. I arrived there late and wasn't able to catch the whole presentation. When I got there it seemed the professor who was giving the presentation (Prof. Schildbach I think it was) stated that under the biology department there is a decision you have to make in the major you choose. It appeared that you can choose to major in biology or you can opt to major in CMB (Cellular and Molecular Biology). I was just wondering what the regular biology major would cover, the CMB major seems pretty self explanatory. I actually think that I'm leaning more towards CMB because that's what really interests me but would still like to know about the regular biology major. Thanks for any input.</p>
