^^ Yah, niether have I. I think when they decisions come, out they will probably email us, with a link to the login info. I know Northwestern is going to do it this way.

I am also curious how they determine the kids that go to Mosaic, is it based on interest shown, because I am afraid that the interest I have shown is marginal at best.

My Trinidad and Tobago friend is visiting Vandy this weekend and I was just curious if she was just randomly visiting or if she is there for MOSAIC.

Wow. 3 people from my school have received MOSAIC invites. I'm so jealous.

wait. i just read the rest of this thread and figured the answer out. i guess i'm just kinda worried cuz i haven't heard anything at all from vandy, except a little postcard saying they received my letter about a change of address. i just think its kinda wierd, cuz most schools (at least mine are) sending applicants emails and letters to keep them interested in the school, but vandy's not doing anything.

I got a letter. What is it? I know I sound like a ■■■■■, but I’m not.

The letter begins with:

"Dear XXXXXXXXXXXXX,

Congratulatons! The Office of Undergraduate Admissions has approved your application for admission to the freshman class entering Vanderbilt University in the fall of 2010. You were selected from the largest, most accomplished pool in Vanderbilt’s history."

And the letter has a giant congratulations on the outside in all caps in black.

Okay, so that was just to avoid all the ■■■■■ comments.

What IS MOSAIC? I’ve never heard of it before. Do we have to pay something to go there? They said they’d reimburse travel expenses up to $100. The money isn’t important, but I just wanted to know if it was a real weekend, like not a reward that you pay for like those leadership conferences…

i just heard about this MOSAIC thing. i am a european applicant, currently living in my home country. i believe that i am considered as a URM. is vandy sending out invites to internationals too, or only to URM in the USA? thanks.

Accepted through the MOSAIC program! SO EXCITED! Vanderbilt is a school I am seriously considering attending!!! I’m not sure if I can attend the weekend yet though… CONGRATS EVERYONE!
