Do you have any information to back that up though? I havent heard of anyone who has been acted on on 3/29 who has gotten accepted

This is some information from USC Public Relations.

All SC undergraduate admissions letters were mailed Friday. SC received 35,809 applications for a freshman class around 2600.
Admitted students represented a broad geographical area, including all 50 states as well as countries around the world. About 20% of admitted students are from under-represented minority groups. More than 10% of admitted students are first generation college attendees. Recruited athletes make up 1.5% of admitted students.
Tuition and mandatory fees for the 2008-2009 year are estimated to be $35,810. This does not include housing.

haha
but honestly, there still isnt enough info to back that up the pattern anyways
so many of us got nothing...and many of our "status" theories have been debunked several times
we'll see what happens, but i dont think i cant believe it until i start seeing more acceptances and rejections

This is soo frustrating! Since we haven't gotten a rejection today, do you think we're in?

Considering at most 10 people (I don't even think 5) got rejected today, that doesn't mean much.

That's like the Family Guy episode with the FCC takeover. "20 people called in. And each call means 1 billion! 20 BILLION people called!"

Do all those that think I'm an idiot ..

Aren't the accept packages large packages or envelopes? I saw talk of them being big enough that they go to your door step as opposed to the mailbox. Those then would take longer then your standard envelope.

well it just irks me since people that live so close to me got accepted and rejected
so i wonder why mine didnt come yet
im sure its just like something with the post office but still
weird.

haha I love family guy. Crap..but people have posted here that they've heard from their friends and they haven't gotten in around here

zotan are you sure? lol

Thats the way it always seems .. I mean granted I'm no post man, but it always seems like things I send in a normal envelope are quicker than a large envelope or small package sent priority mail.

ahh i just hope so...
bc there is quite a handful of us on here from socal that got nothing

ok i am the biggest loser and look at what I find on the USPS website...

You could offer both. I saw a news report that showed that in many cases regular mail gets there just as fast, and very occasionally faster, than Priority Mail anyway. You could offer your customers the option and see how that works out.

hahahahahaha

I know...I know...

so wait..this confirms OPs theory then?

I guess so?

so basically... there's a lot of acceptances left that are still to be sent out, and most of us have "acted upon" for status. so lots of us will be accepted on Monday if were in norcal or socal, and maybe tues for ppl further away! (lets hope its like that anyways)

hahahaha i like bunkey's theory

It does make sense, especially for us in socal

Hhhahahhha regular comes before priority? ROFLOLOL
