<p>Princeton's national "Beauty" ranking is much like its national "Academic" ranking. The school is almost always either #1 or #2. In PR's College Campus Visit Guide, the text merged the two rankings in one sentence by describing Princeton as, "truly gorgeous, offering the best undergraduate education in the country". Other than the obvious difference in architecture, Princeton differs from Stanford in one important aspect -- you can easily walk the campus. Princeton does not need a shuttle bus to get students around campus.

<p>Yeah, I'd say that Princeton, Stanford, and Pepperdine are the three 3 prettiest campuses that are from "well-known" schools, i.e. ones that most people who have gone to college have heard of.</p>
<p>Notre Dame is up there too but I guess it didn't make the linked list.</p>
