Most Memorable High School Moment

It could be anything. Failing a test, the prom, a wild party, first day of school, your first kiss, getting into your dream college....whatever!

My most memorable moment was when me and my 7 best friends all went to Europe together for my AP Euro class. I could pick out a million memories from that trip that could be classified as my favorite because I had such a fantastic time...getting lost on the Tube, ordering a rum and coke LEGALLY, taking wild pictures in the hotel room, meeting a sexy French crepe boy, nearly freezing to death on the top of the Eiffel Tower, eating pizza in Italy, dancing with a boy from Denmark....it was all fantastic.

So what's yours?

PS. This thread doesn't only apply for seniors.

Mine by far is the two days of prom(day before, night, and day after). All the planning we did, hundreds upon hundreds of dollars, and most likely closer to a grand...all worth it.

Skipped 5th hour at school and went out to eat. Then we decided it was a good idea to go to the mall. On the way back with 2 people in my car, I was taking a turn and swerved so I didn't hit a car that was in the middle of the road. Knocked my left front tire off the rim. Not a big deal, it's 3pm, just call up AAA and we'll be home in a hour or so. The lady on the phone said that a person MIGHT be there to help us by 6pm. Got the toy of a jack and lug nut wrench that's is too short to give any leverage. Only took 15 minutes to change.

So then we're driving home and middle school is getting out. 3 kids get into a huge fight, so that was fun to watch for a few minutes.

There were 60 of us going on a party bus from someone house to the hotel where it was going to be held out. It's gated, and he gave the guard a list of names of people just to let in to meet up. He didn't type the 'e' at the end of my last name, and though my first name and all on my last was the same, the guard wouldn't let me in, nor would he call his house to have him buzz me in. I called him on my cellphone and put him on speaker to tell the guard to let me in.

So then there's 50 of us standing outside by his pool, in 95* heat, having everyones parents taking pictures. Although it was tempting, we didn't push anyone into the pool. However, someones dad did slip and got his shoes soaked.

So then we're on the bus, and the driver says you can do what ever you want, but if you're going to dance on the couches, take your shoes off. So there's 30 guys who take off our shoes, along with 30 girls. Tons of fun on the way there, but when we got to prom, there's 60 black patent leather dress shoes that are all over the bus and all are exactly the same aside from size. Tons of fun figuring out which ones fit, no one cared if they were their rented shoes, but wanted their size.

We got into prom, and we all looked at each other and said this would have been a kick ass Bar Mitzvah, but was a sucky prom. The DJ didn't know what he was doing, the lights were fully lit until we left (10:45, prom didn't 'end' until 12:30, but no one wanted to stay), food was horrible. Total waist of $140.

We all get back on the bus, and are going to our hotel on the water. We already checked in the day before and set everything up with beer in one bathtub, liquor in the mini fridges(we rented 4 rooms to party in that were connected, but had more like 10 rooms total that people got to sleep in), and had a "clean" room with only soda and water incase cops came. We had all the beer and soda in the tubs filled with ice, but figured that it must be melted by now. We had the driver stop and bought 30 bags of ice. Everyone at the hotel loved having 60 high school seniors coming in with 30 bags of ice.

Got up to the room, and first thing everyone did was to actualy look into the bags we got at prom to see what was in them. A picture frame, some fuzzy thing, and a "candle holder". What it really was was a quad shot glass. If the school gave them to us, we felt like we had to use them. So everyone started out the night with a quad shot of liquid cocaine. Toasted to "THE PARTY OF THE YEAR" . We started having some fun, doing body shots, drinking games...and we all saw that one girl was keeping up with every guy there; she, at best, was 110lbs. Everyone, includind her date, said she needed to slow down. I guess she got ****ed then, because she left.

I guess it was 10 or 15 minutes later 3 of us walked out of the room to go to a different room to put our jackets and ties and stuff in there. Went we opened the door we saw her laying on the stair, with her foor cut up and her pants kinda messed up. We walked over to her and she was done. We carried her back to one of private rooms where people were going to sleep, and tried to get her to wake up or to throw up. Wasn't going to happen. We called for an ambulance to come because we weren't sure if when she left what she did or how much more she drank. The parametics got there, said that we did the right thing, but there wasn't really anything wrong with her and if we had turned her on her side she would have been fine the next day. Very hung over, but fine. They said that they were still going to take her to the hospital and that one of us should go with her. Her friend went with her, and we all went back to the room.

That whole thing had sobered the 3 of us up pretty good, and everyone was worried that she wouldn't be okay. So whats the best thing to do? Drink to her being okay. Seemed like a reallly good idea. As were doing that, the hotel security comes. One of the few people how were sober went out to talk to them, and told us all to start hiding all the empty bottles. So that was really fun, then security walked through and went in one of the bathrooms, luckly it was the one with soda and water. He said something funny about how it looks like we're having a slumber party. So once he left we knew he wouldn't be back.

This is where my memory starts to get a little fuzzy. A few girls came from a different party that got broken up by security. They came in, and next thing I remember was being in a bed with one of them not wearing pants. So that was fun for awhile. After I asked her if she wanted anything do drink, and she said yeah, but not something strong. I don't remember what I got, but got her something with Hypno. I think I passed out for awhile after that, because I remember waking up and going to take a shower(Not exactly sure what happened while I was out, becasue I know I was wearing a shirt, but work up without one and with some girls shorts on.) I went to the bathroom and the same girl as before was taking a shower, so we showered todether.

After that I fell asleep, on the floor, until some girl stepped on me. It was around 8:00 am and we were going to be leaving to go to the beach at 10. Was getting all my stuff, and someone puked all over my tux. Didn't care at all, because I had insurance on it (best $5 I spent). We went to the beach and got subs from some amazing sub place. Called the girl in the hospital and talked to her, she's fine.

Drove back home around 1:00pm. I went to return my tux at 5 or so, and when the lady asked me what to the tux(soaked, puked on, and the pants got caught on something and ripped a little) happened I just said "Party of the year!"

sorry for the novel.

hmm...well, my hs life has pretty much sucked. But, highlight, I went to hellogoodbye's nyc concert with my bestest friend ever last week, so booyah. That is definitely my most memorable moment. (even if it happened like 10 days ago)

getting a C on my math quiz... It was devastating

haha i went to a hellogoodbye concert too! OMGOSH! it was friggen awsome!!!!

diesel...all i gotta say is that i'm super jealous and that you must be super rich.

my prom sucked...which i guess made it memorable.

yeah we went pretty much all out.

when i got the flat tire i was thinking, well this is either getting everything bad out of the way, or that it was going to be how the night would go. it was the former :)

Probably winning the state championship for basketball last year. That was pretty tight.

diesel, what development are you in? My whole fam. lives in Boca and we're probably moving there within the next year or two :)

far west(west of 441) in boca falls

Hm... Good question. There's so very, very many things, but most ("This is where the fish lives!") are from out-of-school moments with friends. I'd have to say that the time Justin got sprayed in the eye with breath-freshener is up there, but the real competition is between:

the field trip to the Denver Art Museum, where I said, "That's what she said!" to everything Pat said; Pat put on a pregnancy suit; the teacher was way creepy and took a trillion pictures of Julia; me, Pat, and Julia had scones, while I drank hot chocolate, Pat had tea, and Julia had coffee; then we went driving around looking for elusive graffiti, and when we found it had to walk through two feet of snow to look at it; and then we totally fooled the teacher into thinking that we had forgotten Josh in the middle of Denver.

the time that me and my friends labeled a map of the school, titling each room as a different country during WWII. This started because the most annoying kid in school, Shawn, kept sitting down next to our group. I complained he was 'annexing' us, like he was Nazi Germany and we were Poland. So we started to move to 'Russia', and if he followed us we'd go, "POW! Russian winter!" Then Jake started hanging out with him, and he became Nazi Germany's Jewish ally, and... things generally went downhill from there. (I, however, represent the Warsaw resistance!)

definetely getting into my dream college oh my god what a day!

all the fun moments have been with outside of school friends.

Burning random things in Thermodynamics class. It's more fun than it sounds.

my chem teacher coming to class high.

request: more stories about getting **** drunk and dipping the stick

we're having another hotel party next weekend for our last day of high school, no guarantees but i know i'll be **** faced. hopefully i'll have some good memories
