Most Overrated Books?

LOL on second thought, btjunkie IS hilarious. I’m actually laughing out loud at this moment.

I haven’t heard of Blink, but if it’s got Leo in it, I’ll watch it :P

^chocolatebanana - Yeah, I can see what you mean. Though most of the time people label something as “overrated,” they tend not to like it much, but you’re right - it doesn’t necessary mean they have to dislike it. I guess in a way, the word “overrated” is relative and a bit of a paradox. Something that’s “overrated” is very well-liked by the masses, hence its very definition, yet not so well-liked by a small minority, hence the negative connotation. Alright, I’m done pretending to be an entymologist, lol.

Dr. Zhivago - would rather be stuck on that Siberian Train than read that again

Ayn Rand’s work is not for me, and I have not found Hemingway novels particular appealing, though I love love love Hemingway’s short stories.

@Peachpuff, thanx, I think I’ll read it.
