Hey all!
I took the November test (90% in Vocab, 80% in Reading, 40% in math) and wound up with a 77% overall. Clearly, this isn't as strong as it could be, and although I reviewed like a madman, I found that the books I purchased were a ton easier than the test itself, which came as a rude awakening when I opened up my test booklet (I assume my eyes flew wide open when I saw the first math section)
Does anybody know the most accurate book for the test? I flew through the actual SSAT book (It was so thin, and there were barely any math problems!) and I'm looking for another book that stays true to form in how close it is to the actual questions on the test.
Thanks!

Also, I was granted extended time for the December SSAT. Do you think that overall this typically works for students when aiming for higher marks?

I would recommend Princeton Review or Kaplan. From what it sounds, you reviewd a lot, which is great and exactly what you need to do! If you’re looking for material specifically relating to the math portion of the test, I would highly recommend 99%tile. Keep in mind that these books do cost quite a bit of money when you add it all up, so I think that it’s best if you do some research first before ordering one. Overall, all of them are really great–it’s just a matter of how much review you want to get in before your next test!
