<p>This makes me sick. I had a good friend die from a DD hit and run accident and my dad was hit by a DD 7 years ago (still very messed up from it and can’t work). The fact that the guy who killed this boy was only given 6 months is just f*ed up. I’m sorry, you take a life and you don’t get to walk free- at least not for a good long while. </p>
<p>The mother has been punished enough. All this is really doing is forcing those other children to lose their mother after they already lost a brother. Sickening.</p>
