Does anyone know how colleges view that national exam that provides Microsoft Office Certifications? I am thinking of self-studying the programs and taking it before application deadlines.

I don't think it would count for too much, but certainly something.

Microsoft office certifications? Most people and kids these days (myself included) who are at the age of applying to colleges can use those programs perfectly. I would think that a certification in them doesn't exactly mean much.

What is this Microsoft Office Certification about? Can someone supply a site where I can find more info?

Agreed with the majority, I don't think it would mean too much, since in high school you are required to utilize these programs in everyday life. If you can self-study it, that goes to show you that anyone can do it.
