<p>Hi, it's my second upcoming year in SB and it's the first time I've been awarded a Perkins Loan for 2300. However, when I requested it and tried to go to the website provided (<a href="https://www.acs-education.com/CS/Jsp/cpsesign/welcome.jsp%5B/url%5D">https://www.acs-education.com/CS/Jsp/cpsesign/welcome.jsp</a>) to complete the note it said that my name/SSN/birthdate was not in the system. I'm pretty worried about what's going to happen as the loan is in my official award letter but seeing as how I'm unable to complete the MPN for the Perkins Loan since my info isn't in their database how do I go about getting help? Thanks.</p>
