<p>Does anyone know approx how long it takes for the ACS to submit the Master Promissory Note for a Perkins loan to a university?</p>
<p>I am not familiar with the ACS. What is that? I used to work at a school with Perkins, and we required our students to complete a paper MPN that was submitted directly to the school. It was considered to be valid once we received it in the aid office for processing.</p>
