Hi ,
I am a 3 rd year Instrumentation and control engineering student (undergraduate) in India. I am deeply interested in Aerospace and will be going for MS in this field in the near future.

Currently I am involved in Formula SAE project ,we are making a formula car to participate in FSAE-Australia. I am interested in doing an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Project during my undergraduate engineering only. I want to know that will it help me getting into MS programm in aerospace in UT, along with my GRE score. What are the minimum GRE score in order to get in aerospace?

I hope to get some advice from your side.

thanks

I am also planning in doing a M.S. in Aerospace engineering in the future. UT is a top 10 program and it should be pretty easy to get a job after completing your degree since alot of companies are based in Texas. Alot of schools never give you a minimum GRE, but you should aim for 780+ in quant and 550+ in verbal to be considered. From what I hear, international students have to get higher in GRE’s, etc, just because you come from another country. Do as much research as you can do and letters of recommendations are very important. I’m not too sure how they convert your gpa to an equivalent american gpa but if you have high percentages it should be ok, I would assume 3.0+ just to be considered and 3.5+ to be competitive.
