Im an international student. I got acceptance for MS in PE (with option to apply for TA) and non thesis MSE from U Tulsa. Which is one is better in terms of job prospects, faculty and chances for assistantships?

TU is more selective in admission and has a better student:faculty ratio. I think TU is known for small class sizes, and the ability to form relationships with your professors. This can help you learn more in the classroom, and get great recommendations.
My last roommate is in OU’s PE Master’s program. Class sizes are small for grad students, research opportunities are plentiful, and all the majors recruit from OU although it will be harder to get a job as an international.
