MSN Nursing degree for Non-nursing major with BS degree

I have recently graduated with a BS in Business Administration from a State college in 2008 and I am considering going back to school to get a Master's in the medical field, preferably towards a "fast track" nursing degree geared for undergraduates who have attained a non-nursing BS degree.

My concern is that I have a below average undergraduate GPA of 2.5. Aside from relevant work experience done in college, I have never had any paid work experience. I admit my biggest regret was not taking my classes seriously during my Freshman year but I had some growing up to do and worked my butt off to get my GPA up from where it was. So now my outlook has changed and I am willing to prove myself once again to work harder than I ever did before.

The college I have my interest in do not have a fixed requirement on GPA nor do they require GRE (as far as I know). So my question is - How would I go about getting good letters of recommendation when I never really have industry experience within any field??

Any advice is appreciated.
