Question for those who were accepted at BoCo: did you receive an email from Laura Duncan asking if she could set up a time to call you and then receive an admission offer?

For early action, D got the email with acceptance first, then was asked to schedule the phone call.

Thank you! My son just got the email from Ms. Duncan saying how impressed she was by his artistry at his audition and a request to set up a phone call but no official offer yet. Just wondering if that may be coming in the phone call. Appreciate your input and congrats to your child!

I’d say that’s a good sign! I believe there have been calls before the email decisions in recent years at Boco, but I also know that not getting a call doesn’t mean you weren’t accepted. That may have been the plan for the early action this year, but there was a snafu where a letter went out to certain kids inviting them to an accepted students event BEFORE the decisions went out. It was a bit chaotic for a few days!

@Bogeyw Chaotic indeed. Due to a glitch in their system (or a mistake on my part) email notifications from the school were turned off. Daughter received an email from Laura Marie directly acknowledging the the invitation error, but not knowing about the computer glitch, inviting D to call her. All parties thoroughly confused but in the end very happy. I’d say the fact Laura Marie want to talk to @CASAmom 's son can only be seen as a good thing.
