As several universities or institutes I have known about the tuition, it seems like that MTU has the cheapest tuition for graduate school!!! Only $595 per credit for 9 credits. Other universities have around $1200 per credit for graduate school in general.

Is it true? Hope some of you guys know more details about this.

What program is that for, and will it help you advance in your career.

For some grad programs, the tuition figures are essentially fictitious because all the students enrolled in them are fully funded and don’t pay a cent anyway.

OP- DS just got an email last week. MTU is going to what they call a Plateau Tuition(12-18 hours are charged the same price) for undergrads. Not sure what they are doing for grad students . But anyway assuming you where going to take 15 credit hours now it’s going to raise the OOS undergrads tuition by $675 a semester. Unless someone plans on taking more than 15 credit hours it’s like a big tuition hike($1350/year) for OOS.
My DS is going to Georgia Tech but he had picked MTU I would not be happy right now…
