Hey fellow seniors! I thought I’d make a thread for all students applying Regular Decision for fall 2017! We can discuss any questions about the application here since the notification date is approaching quickly!
To start it off, we have 6 days until notification!!! 
Did you receive portal info? My D17 applied RD but never received any portal info, not sure if I should be worried about that. @ollietwist1 how did you find out about the notification date?
@kt1969 Yes, after I applied, I got an email with my portal. I would reach out and ask why your daughter didn’t get this info. I’m not 100% on the notification date, but I saw March 15 online when I was searching around.
Acceptance letter received in mail today!
Daughter’s acceptance letter received in NJ today. Letter also said that financial aid and merit award letters will come out in late March.
I received my acceptance letter in southeastern PA today!!!
Son’s came today in northern NJ. 
My son received his acceptance letter today also, we are in NJ!
Still waiting in MA.
Acceptance in central pa today. Now to wait for financial aid.
Were all these acceptances by snail mail? Or do they update the portal as well?

My daughter received her acceptance in Alaska via snail mail yesterday.
Daughter still waiting in Upstate NY.
Do you all think they sent out rejections as well as admits? If @dfbdfb already heard in Alaska and we haven’t heard in MA, I’m wondering if that’s a bad sign.
Maybe all the acceptance letters for the Northeast were not delivered today due to the snow.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the weather has delayed things a bit.
I live in Asia so my mailing address is my aunt’s house in San Francisco…this wait is killing me!!
Well, a big envelope with “congratulations” on the front just arrived for D17 so I guess we’re all set.
