music and...? hope for the non-math genius

I'm a rising senior in serious need of some help...
I already know I'm pursuing music as a performance major in college. While I'm pretty confident in this, my parents suggest I look into some other options. Right know I'm just looking for something to double major it with? Unfortunately that whole "musicians being better at math and science" thing does not apply here, although I am somewhat interested in biology or the health sciences. Unfortunately, I think I would claw my eyes out trying to keep up with a college level chem or physics course. Is there any hope for a a semi-secure career related to bio/health/environment or maybe english? Yes, you guessed it, I am one of those cliched do-gooders who want to either explore artsy passions or end up saving the world.

Is there any hope for me?
