Hello, I was hoping someone could help me out! I am looking to going into either music business or audio engineering. I am looking into Belmont University, Middle Tennessee State University, and Syracuse University. All 3 programs look spectacular and I have heard many great things them.

Belmont's audio engineering program is supposedly top of the line and they have tons of connections with the industry, being top of the line, and it seems like a dream. I have also heard there is a higher transfer rate out of that school but I do not know if that is true or not. The school is also Christian and they require students to get convocation hours and there are some restrictions on the campus. There is also no football team or marching band which is a major bummer. These few aspects make me think twice about attending.

As for MTSU, it seems like a great school and program but are they going to have connections? This school also does not seem as concerned about internships either.

Lastly, Syracuse, it looks like an absolutely spectacular school and their program looks awesome. I was just wondering, because of the location, are there going to be as many opportunities compared to a school in Nashville?

Which would be the better choice in the long run? If anyone could give any insight into the schools and their programs it would be extremely helpful!
