Music or Entertainment Business Major - Help?

I've been searching for colleges and universities that offer a music business or entertainment business program. From what I can gather NYU seems to be very popular. And Baruch seems to be one of the most cost effective (so to speak) schools that offer a music business major.

Now I haven't ruled out Baruch or NYU because I'm fairly confident that I can get into either one, however I've been looking for colleges that don't require an audition or music theory test. I'm not strong with music theory, but I have another year to work on that. (I dont' understand why NYU would require a music theory test and what not for something that isn't a performance major)

Just as well, I've been considering being an entertainment business major so as to have a degree that's a bit more versatile. When I search for entertainment business concentrations Columbia comes up, but I can't find exactly on their site where it says it unless it's just some sort of weird, implicit thing.

I'm just having trouble finding schools that offer degrees in what I want, let alone respectable ones.

It may be better to focus on the quality of the school’s business program and figure that you can apply the skills learned to music or entertainment. (check the business major section of this website too). If you focus too narrowly on a particular major (which could still change before you have to declare, of course) you might pass up places you shouldn’t have. Most schools will have a music department where you can learn more theory etc.
