If you are submitting a music portfolio to the universities that you are applying to, where they require a resume with all awards and experiences,

Do you repeat the same awards and music experience in the extracurricular activities portion of the application?

Yes, if they are asking for a music resume, repeat awards for music even if they are in your common app info section.
