I am sick of using itunes, it costs too much money now. Any other suggestions of places to download music online? perhaps for only a monthly base fee?

There’s Zune Pass, Rhapsody, Rdio, MOG, or Napster. It really depends on how much your listening to music.

high recommend emusic. cheap!

Here’s what I have started doing after my pc crashed and I didn’t have the $ to buy all of my songs back:

I downloaded a program called DVD Videosoft off of CNET.com (tested spyware free, so its safe). This program allows you to download youtube videos and one of its best features is the ability to download the auido off of youtube videos and save it as a mp3 file. Almost all musicians these days put their music videos on youtube, and that provides a high quality source of audio to download. You can adjust the quality settings on this program so quality of your music shouldn’t be a big problem as long as videos with good quality audio are available.

P.S. If you try this and the program won’t download any audio, wait for an update to be released.

If you don’t want to (illegally) download music, you can always use pandora.

It’s a free radio station online and you can play whatever you want on it.

there are already tons of sites that allow you to download audio off youtube videos by inputting the video link
