Both schools, in my opinion, are excellent, but I am just not sure which is the best for theater. They both have their pros and cons and just don’t know which one I like more.
No one can tell you which school you like more. 
What is your question? The Musical Theatre board is a great resource for specific questions on MT programs but broad general inquiries are harder, you need to do your research. It’s always very tricky to compare one MT program directly to another, better just to learn as much as you can about each separately.
