<p>Around here, the ceremony is put off until after all the students go to college so that when they call out our names, they can tell everyone where everyone went.
Since I was in the top three (the 3rd to be exact) I got a little present :) (A Panasonnic digital camera to be exact).
And my speech went pretty good, except for one part where I stopped in mid-sentence because everyone was talking while I was in the middle of my speech :). No, it wasn't boring! People didn't understand a thing because it was in English and I speak with an American accent, so...</p>

<p>all in all, it was great.
p.s. I'm a dental student. If anyone gives a crap. :)</p>

<p>asif - I have an American accent because I went to an international school from KG1 through grade 5. So being surrounded by Americans, Brits, and other nationalities must have rubbed off on me. I only started speaking Arabic when we came back to Egypt in 1999.</p>

<p>it is TRImester. three sections a year..which gives more opportuniteis to take diverse amount of coourses..particularly the ones u like..so yeah..I favor trimesters FAR MORE than semesters where you are stuck with usu 8 courses a year and stuff. extreme boredom.</p>

<p>anyhoo...I have a practical chem test on thurdsay - tommorrow! lol and I'm going to do ****!
They're going to give each of us a sample of a certain salt, and we're supposed to use a scheme to find out what basic radical is containd inside that salt! If mine turns out to be Sodium, I'm going to stick it to the professor!
btw, I got screwed on my acidic radical test, so I NEED to ace this one really bad!</p>
