When I add a recommender to the Common App, will the recommender be able to upload the letter and will I be then able to assign that recommender to whichever college I want, or must I assign the recommender to specific colleges before he/she can upload the letter? Also, does the recommender know to which colleges he/she is assigned? Lastly, if I have already invited a recommender, but assigned him/her to only one college, will he/she know that he/she is assigned to that college?
