<p>It was 45 minutes, and I guess I got across what I wanted to get across, however my interviewer talked more than I did.</p>
<p>I mean, it was pretty cool, he was pretty nice, telling me interesting stories and whatnot, but it felt more like I was has a conversation with my dad than I was being interviewed.</p>

<p>Yeah, same with me. My interviewer was pretty young, and didn't ask me too many "interview" type questions. It was a lot of discussion based on my responses to some general questions.</p>
<p>yea- i had the same experience, and alot of my friends did too. i think yale really emphasizes interviews as a way to get to know the person. my interviewer even said he just wanted to know me and not my resume - we ended up having an aweosme conversation about global politics. he was a former marine who had been deployed in iraq twice.
even if i dont get in, at least i met someone who was pretty cool.</p>
